We invite you to attend an important evening featuring Francesca Albanese, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Occupies Palestinian Territory. This event aims to critically examine the urgent human rights challenges faced in Gaza, emphasizing the necessity for accountability and justice in the context of ongoing conflict and oppression.

Francesca Albanese, a distinguished human rights lawyer with extensive expertise in international law, will provide an informed analysis of the complex socio-political dynamics affecting the region. Her extensive research and firsthand experiences shed light on the implications of silence surrounding issues of genocide and the urgent need for international intervention.

In addition to Ms. Albanese’s insights, we are honored to welcome Dr. Khalid, a physician who has just recently returned from a medical mission in Gaza. Dr. Khalid will share his firsthand reflections on the deteriorating healthcare situation on the ground, providing a powerful perspective on the challenges faced by healthcare professionals and the people of Gaza during this crisis. His experiences offer an essential glimpse into the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe and the urgent need for global action.

We are also honored to welcome Dr. Dorotea Gucciardo, who holds a PhD and has organized numerous delegations to Gaza, will provide her unique insights from her extensive experience in the region. Dr. Gucciardo has conducted multiple missions to Gaza, working closely to assess the humanitarian needs and advocate for global support.

Dinner will be served and the evening will include a moderated Q&A session, allowing attendees to engage directly with Ms. Albanese. This discussion will critically address the role of international institutions in advocating for human rights and explore procedural recommendations for supporting Gaza in the pursuit of justice and dignity.
